Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your product.

Return

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Ensure that the product is complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Here’s how it works:

Send a message to our customer service via [contact page] or email with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a confirmation with a return address.
Pack the product well and send it back to us.
As soon as we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 working days .

Trade

Would you prefer to exchange the product for a different model or color? That is possible! Follow the same steps as for returns and clearly indicate what you would like to exchange. As soon as we receive your original product, we will send the new product to you as quickly as possible.

Important to know

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Products that are custom-made or personally engraved cannot be exchanged or returned.
Always keep track of your return shipment with proof of shipment.
