1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between  Airbike Shop and its customers.
1.2 By placing an order with Airbike Shop, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Airbike Shop.


2. Definitions

  • Customer : any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Airbike Shop.
  • Agreement : the purchase, trade-in, repair, maintenance, or comparison service provided by Airbike Shop.
  • Product : airbike(s), accessories or parts offered by Airbike Shop.

3. Offer and conclusion of the agreement

3.1 All offers from Airbike Shop are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2 The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer confirms the order and Airbike Shop accepts this confirmation.
3.3 Airbike Shop reserves the right to refuse an order if this is necessary.


4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment can be made via the available payment methods on the website, such as iDEAL, credit card, or other online payment options.
4.3 Airbike Shop reserves the right to adjust prices and offers, provided this is clearly communicated before the order is placed.


5. Delivery and ownership

5.1 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
5.2 The delivery time is indicated when finalizing the order. Airbike Shop strives for accurate delivery times but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
5.3 The product remains the property of Airbike Shop until full payment has been made by the customer.


6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
6.2 The return period commences on the day of receipt of the product.
6.3 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6.4 Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be rejected upon return.


7. Warranty

7.1 Airbike Shop offers a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty of the respective brands.
7.2 Defects caused by misuse, accident, or insufficient maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
7.3 For repairs or maintenance outside the warranty, a rate applies as indicated in the request.


8. Repair, maintenance and trade-in service

8.1 Repairs and maintenance are performed subject to the terms and prices stated on the website or in the quotation.
8.2 Trade-in of an Airbike is based on the current value as determined by Airbike Shop.
8.3 Airbike Shop reserves the right to refuse a trade-in request if the product does not meet the conditions.


9. Liability

9.1 Airbike Shop is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of income resulting from the use of products.
9.2 The maximum liability of Airbike Shop is limited to the invoice amount of the delivered products or services.
9.3 Airbike Shop is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors.


10. Privacy

10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Airbike Shop privacy statement.
10.2 Data is used exclusively for handling orders, customer service, and communication regarding products or services.


11. Complaints

11.1 Complaints regarding products or services must be reported in writing within 14 days after delivery or performance.
11.2 Airbike Shop strives to handle complaints within 14 days.


12. Applicable law and disputes

12.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes shall preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
